Florida Occupational Therapy License Reinstatement
An applicant seeking reentry into the profession who has not been in active practice within the last five (5) years must submit to the Board documentation of fifty (50) occupational therapy continuing education hours, twelve (12) of which may be home study, taken within the year prior to licensure.
