Speaker: Zachary Edgar JD, LLM is the lead consultant for Therapy Comply.  Zachary is healthcare attorney who specializes in state healthcare regulatory issues particularly for physical and occupational therapy practices.  Zachary has spent the last five years as in-house council for a physical therapy management company where he handled a wide variety of healthcare legal issues including: federal and state healthcare fraud and abuse laws, state professional and facility licensing issues, HIPAA, employment issues, and Medicare and Medicaid compliance.  Zachary obtained his BA and JD from the University for Arizona and an LLM in healthcare law from Loyola University.
