Students in a professional education program approved by the board who is satisfying supervised clinical education requirements related to the person’s physical therapist or physical therapist assistant education may practice while under the on-site supervision of a physical therapist.
What kind of supervision is required for student PTs and PTAs?

If an individual other than a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant makes an entry into the patient record, the supervising physical therapist co-signs the entry;
