Physical Therapy

Wisconsin Medicaid covers physical therapy services for children.

Wisconsin Medicaid covers physical therapy services for adults.

Prior authorization is required for physical therapy services provided to an MA recipient in excess of thirty-five (35) treatment days per spell of illness.

Occupational Therapy

Wisconsin Medicaid covers occupational therapy services for children.

Prior authorization is required for occupational therapy services provided to an MA recipient in excess of thirty-five (35) treatment days per spell of illness.

Wisconsin Medicaid covers occupational therapy services for adults.

Speech Therapy
