Therapy Comply is an education and compliance firm dedicated to assisting physical and occupational therapists with their compliance and reimbursement needs. Along with our high quality continuing education webinars this site includes detailed guides on many of the physical and occupational therapy state board requirements on issues including: scope of practice, advanced practice, supervision and delegation, CE requirements, unprofessional conduct, and licensure. We also include detailed information on Medicare coverage of physical and occupational therapy as well as state specific Medicaid guidance.
We have recently reorganized some of the major sections of the site. The States page now contains each state that we cover, each state page connects to the physical therapy FAQs, occupational therapy FAQs, medical records retention and release, mandatory reporting, out-of-network billing, facilities, telehealth, and waste, fraud and abuse provisions. Many are a work in progress but once finished should give PTs and OTs a more comprehensive look at their state compliance requirements.
Therapy Comply is a subsidiary of Med Comply. Founded in 2015, Med Comply seeks to bring high quality compliance guidance to small and medium size healthcare organizations.
