    The OTCC invites you to provide public comments regarding the Data System Rules and the Rules on Definitions. The public comments period is for 30 days from November 8 - December 8, 2023. Anyone interested in reviewing and/or providing public comment can click the link to each document and follow the instructions for submitting comments.
