Speaker: Zachary Edgar JD, LLM is the manager and owner of Therapy Comply.  Zachary is healthcare attorney who specializes in state healthcare regulatory issues particularly for physical, occupational, and speech therapy practices in multiple settings.  Zachary has spent the last six years assisting therapy practices with their compliance issues: federal and state healthcare fraud and abuse laws, state professional and facility licensing issues, HIPAA, employment issues, and Medicare and Medicaid compliance specifically for physical, occupational, and speech therapy practices.  Zachary obtained his BA and JD from the University for Arizona and an LLM in healthcare law from Loyola University.
